Georgia Randles

I am First Class BA (Hons) Fashion Design & Technology (Menswear) Graduate from Manchester Fashion Institute, at Manchester Metropolitan University.

I currently work as a Boyswear Junior Product & Print Designer for H&M. 

​

For my placement year, I was an Assistant Boyswear Designer at Klash Clothing, where I designed jersey wear garments for Younger Boys and Older Boys and for brands including FatFace, TU, C&A and Nutmeg.

 

One of my passions is looking at combining functionality and style, as I enjoy designing garments that are technical and practical, yet are stylish and creative. As well I am interested in creating gender neutral style garments, and challenging myself in areas such as creative pattern cutting and draping.

 

From my university course, I have learnt a variety of skills including manual pattern cutting, digital pattern cutting using Gerber Accumark Pattern Design Software, Clo3D, creating technical specifications packs and technical drawings (CADs). I have also further developed my skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign.

I enjoy working in teams and I am a highly determined individual who performs to my best of abilities in each task undertaken.
